swedish sticky chocolate cake (kladdkaka) YUM

Ingredients:
2 eggs
250ml sugar
5 tblsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla sugar
100g butter
100ml flour
1/2 tsp salt

step by step:
-Turn the oven on to 175 degrees celcius
-Melt the butter in a saucepan
-Whisk the egg and the sugar well
-Mix together the rest of the ingredients, be careful to mix carefully otherwise the mix becomes too airy and the cake ends up dry.
-Pour the mix into a cake form with butter lining it and bread crumbs spread around it
-Cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on how sticky you wish your cake to be.
-Leave it to cool in the fridge, and serve with cream and raspberries

The perfect cake to make if you don't have any sweets at home and are having unexpected guests!
Plus it is super duper yummmmmy :)
