indians and aborigines are like bees.
both cultures shake their heads when they socialize,
just like bees dance to direct pollination gathering
without bees on this planet the entire eco-system
would fall apart within 3-4 years.
so investigated by albert einstein. (and showed to me by my brother)
what would happen without the wisdom of Africans and Indians combined
in this world? we would fall apart socially!
what are we doing today via politicians, goverments and lack of organisational effort
to educate, give hope to and donate generously from our own ridiculously HUGE income
in comparison?
buy at least one of your practical needs from oxfam regularly.
all other accessories enhance your expression of your true heart.
buy those from charities. such as the $2 butterfly necklaces inside
sportsgirl stores, i bet you Never spotted them before! :D they promote
the body image issue amongst young women. such as the $2 plastic drink
bottles and bags recycled in cotton on going towards oxfam or world vision.
personally i support oxfam because they sell beautiful things which have travelled
from around the world into my hands made by someone elses, and oxfam don't attempt
to shove any sort of value into any individual cultural brains.
they are there simply to help.
not only this but oxfam organise their money extremely conservatively and have one of the highest
% deliveries of people's donations. meaning there's no swindling away of money into people's pockets
along the way. the money YOU give will REACH those in need of simple things such as safe roads, safe
houses, safe sewage, safe health systems, safe education and simple modes of transport.
(we love to subscribe to medecins sans frantiere because they are THE MOST AMAZING MEDICALSUPPORT TEAM ORGANISATION ON EARTH!)
I have read in "the poisonwood bible" a very good book about the struggle of life in africa and values being forced into brains,
about how bicycles carry a family's load of business to and from work daily. in India they have progressed to motorcycles.
BUT WAIT! are motorcycles environmentally friendly? because that is what we should be. friendly to the trees just like our brothers and sisters, protective of our clean water which millions of people never see in their lifetimes. obsessively compulsive about turning every power switch off, because as soon as it is switched ON it drains $$ from your own budget.
turn on as you use
turn off as you stop using
that is only practical yes?
to save yourself from draining your money out the unused plugs in your wall?
computers have the hibernation setting for a reason. use it! its called stand-by because the computer stands by and waits for your return whilst semi-sleeping. just like we take nanna-naps during the day on the side of a road, if need be.
did you know you can save twenty whole $$s a year by following my advice on electricity alone?
turning the tap off whilst shampooing saves you $$. approximately 1L of water rolls down the drain in 30 seconds, for every 30 seconds you shower, YOU pour away YOUR money down the drain. i measured and timed this myself during a biology excursion in year 9 (in bacchus marsch)
take care of your bodies sensitivities.
AVOID:
processed food such as
*white flour
*white sugar
*white rice
our bodies will never evolve to process food which has already been digested by machines.
therefore:
*eat varieties of nuts, avocado they are full of 'thinny acids' as quoted from "you are what you eat" which increases your fertility and helps you stay thin. hence the nickname :)
*eat spinach, bok choy and silverbeet to combat toxins inside your body.
*buy chlorella, spirella and wild green algae pills, these three things individually contain every possible amino acid/antioxidant on earth (forget which side of the forward slash i should put in here). . . go look it up yourself in "you are what you eat" you can order them from britain)
they are labelled 'super foods' as a result. if u wish to help yourself in a physical way go 2 health stores& buy them.
*alternatively go into asian grocery stores and ask for a herbal medicine which helps your symptom. they have something for EVERYTHING! :D sometimes they taste gross, but doesn't the wheatgrass shot at boost too? I bet you Never knew before that those boosts are disguised as shots when really they are hidden 'superfood'? or as juice, when really they are simple 'boosts' to your everyday health? WHAT a creative business! i LOVE it! :D
AND they have regular customer discounts if you end up loving it too!
don't neglect a healthy breakfast. if ur stressed out and your stomach clamps up before school, calm down, relax in the morning. it is the time to slow down and take a CHILL PILL! heat your milk if your stomach is sensitive. heat breaks down the lactose preventing lactose intolerant reactions. :)
oats cure constipation (and such can cause diarhoea in sensitive stomachs like mine), as do dates. 1tsp of psyllium husk in a glass of water with brekky cures diarrhoea.
avoidance of processed food cures blood sugar level imbalance in standardly genetic people. the symptom is dizzyness and momentary losses of balance.
i advise brown rice, rye bread, vita-wheat biscuits, apricots, apples, kiwis, strawberries, lean meat from the
my personal favourite booster? frozen berries and yoghurt and i figured out why last night. . .
my mother grew a strawberry patch when i was young and we went out to pick berries in the summer. then we put them into yoghurt
and mashed them up making fresh strawberry yoghurt. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST FUN EVER! :D except i never understood why she put a synthetic net over the strawberry patch to protect it from strong-beaked birds such as crows. why not a wire net? like chicken wire.... it puzzled me. i concluded that she must be worried about smaller birds like sparrows eating up the strawberries greedily. i was around the age of 5 at the time. so don't underestimate the intelligence of your child!
so, my message today?
respect society, respect your environment, respect yourself.
do all of it to nourish everything around you with love and support.
all of it to save yourself some money for a treat!
or to help others in genuine need!
because we in australia will ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS be millionaires
compared to billions living in asia, india, russia and africa.
i hope you have a good day, good luck with your goals, and all the best
:) Britta
