dodgy skin:
1.drink at least 1.5 litres a day depending on your weight, exercise and general health.
water
flushes all the 'dirt' of your everyday diet and stress out of your
system. your pee should be hay coloured. any more or less and your
unhealthy.
2. refrain from touching your face with your
extremely dirt ridden fingers. your skin is quite sensitive to dirt and
germs and stress.
3. exercise, sweat the dirt away from
your skin. URGENT never touch your face when you exercise, you will see
pimples form around every pimple on on your face which you touch when
you exercise, within a week. your pores are more open and vulnerable to
dirt, or moisture.
4.don't expose your blood to shitloads
of chemicals in products bought in a supermarket. use water. its what
runs in our taps everyday and its the best thing around, people rarely
appreciate the full benefits of water. directly after rinsing your face,
apply moisturiser to soothe your skin, just like sweat water opens the
pores making them extra vulnerable to benefits as well as dangers. i
use neutrogena because it has milk extracts exactly like cleopatra
bathing in milk baths! :D the egyptians were quite smart ey? i forget
the name of hte product.
5.eat plenty of green leafy
veggies, they flush toxins out of your body which prevents liver
problems and heart disease, and its proven helps fight cancer with its
high levels of antioxidants. this is why few people in asia have cancer,
because of bok choy :)
rejuvenate your skin by eating plenty of
fresh fruit and veggies to nourish your body with every possible variety
of amino acid. make your own health easier by eating well. you can
always go to a fruit shop for bargains instead of the supermarket. just
beware to pick the ripe healthy ones.
6.take 20 minutes
out of your day, EVERY DAY, to do something you absolutely love,
something you did as a child, something which makes you simply happy
about being yourself. something which expresses your inner child and
true heart. never forget the playfulness of children and the hope and
motivation they bring to you. children and animals are closer to 'islam'
which means submisson to god. not unlike the 'nirvana' or
'englightenment' in buddhism. children and animals are in fact quite
wise in their search for continuous knowledge from every source they
see. however not until they mature do they learn to think critically,
and see things with the cautions attached, as well as putting the 'you'
into adult (perceptions). learn from children and old people. they are
at the stages of life where the energies connected to the brain have
only just been put back into physicality, or just about to leave
physicality. at these stages they are most wise, yet many perceive them
to be most immature too. inspect your own judgements. see the truth.
wake up to reality from the dream you've been living all your life.
adults get more and more confused by all the things they feel they
'have' to do, or 'need' to do for every other person around them. they
get caught up in responsibilities.
1.forget the time
2.see
the sunshine on everything INCLUDING YOURSELF! there's proof all around
you that every single physical thing on earth is beautiful. whether it
be man made or not.
3.forget all your worries. let them blow away
with all the wind storms we've been having lately. let change soak
through your skin, into your blood, and through to your emotional
energies.
4.allow yourself some time off, even for only 20
minutes. take a 20 minute holiday from life. including mobiles,
internet, tv, children, friends, responsibilites. treat yourself to an
amazingly simple treat. food. go eat a a mud-cake. or an ice cream. or a
jar of nutella. treat yourself for all the effort you have been making
in life. its hard. of course it is! it's life! so do yourself the
favour. get yourself some space. get yourself some relaxation. get
yourself some acceptance of how beautiful you are simply by looking at
the proof of sunshine.
5. is it possible that moses
reincarnated as jesus, who reincarnated as muhammed, who then
reincarnated as a dalai lama, who then reincarnated as ghandi, who then
reincarnated as me? an indian put that idea into my head today. i'm sure
of it. but is it true? could that be possible. i did have a near death
experience at 12 years old. i perceived the shock of my life believing
myself dead for nearly an entire minute. but i survived. and now i'm
different. i spend every spare minute thinking about all the
possibilities and consequences, and how to change the world.
logically
speaking i have been lucky enough to encounter some very intelligent
people. such as 'pikey' from alpine school (reinforced the power of
questions) my father (reinforced so much stuff its impossible to
explain) my swedish sose teacher (the similarities between religions)
les from heartland (to wake up from the dream of life)
oh and jamie (to love oneself and reinforcement of alchemism and my mother's interest in science)
.
. . who knows? i certainly have no clue because knowledge is limitless
and one can only try one's best to attain more of it. simple self love
and belief fix everything. as well as lateral thinking when it comes to
problems. everything sits right under your nose. your only in such a
confusing dream that makes it harder for yourself. make it easy. take a
break. inspect things logically and emotionally. question WITHIN REASON
what you are doing/thinking/speaking from every person's point of view.
... good luck
you don't realize how many shivers i give myself from all this corniness!! i can't stand it!!!!!!!!!!
