Simplicities

jews: respect earth, respect each other, take responsibility for doing the right thing
christians: see the truth, speak the truth, learn the truth, and only the truth
muslims: search for knowledge, it improves society continuously
buddhists: open your eyes, ears, mouths, noses, hands AND MINDS! see reality for what it really is. . . nothing, which could be broken up to 'not-thing' meaning not a physical tangible thing.

choices.
every choice you make shapes your day, your mood, your actions, your attention span, your life path, your emotional energies within your 'seen' boundaries and outside your 'seen' boundaries.
so although daily you make choices without thinking, resolve to stop and think a little more before each decision you make, each word you write, speak, hear, each action/movement of your eyes, ears, mouths, noses, hands, and minds.

if you wish to speak 'inside' what you think is 'anothers' mind (really we are all the same "mind" or "energy")
simply imagine your thoughts as a bundle (perhaps inside a blanket, a box, a balloon, or simply a fuzzy, jumpy, wiggly cloud of zig zaggy things). now send those things to the spot where you think anothers mind is. speak inside your mind as you do to yourself every day. voila!

if things aren't working you are pushing too hard. do it as if you absentmindedly forgot to buy the carrots, or someone's name, or as if you are casually speaking to someone out loud as a well-known sister or brother.

physical touch enhances the connection. if you wish to calm somebody down, simply send a bundle of your own 'calm' into anothers 'body' which really is only a 'seen' boundary for energies.
if you think as i did that once you let go somebody will go springing back into whatever they were feeling before, don't worry, people can direct their own minds quite capably as we all know.

more language of the people:
scratching head=don't know, questioning self or something
actually moving your head down=shame
moving your eyes down or to the side=often perceived as purposeful avoidance
leaning forward=listening intently
eye-contact following the person speaking=listening intently
tapping feet or fingers=impatience, or creative expression

anger hides=stress, sadness, confusion
tears hide=relief, joy, grief, a windy day
jealousy hides=uncertainty, competition, strength
fear hides=bravery, strength, belief

oh by the way, today i remembered what someone told me in a book once, that womens bodies are like violins, one must only learn how to make them sing. from what i know, playing a violin takes dedication, self discipline, continuous practice, and absolute passion and love for what one is learning. interesting the links we can make ey? ;)

hope everyone has a wonderful night sleep
all the best in every way :)
